Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI) coaching services are provided in a 1:1 environment, where your child will work directly with Instructor Therapists. These sessions are closely supervised by Senior Therapists who are responsible for training Instructor Therapists and monitoring the effectiveness of the programs. Our team of Senior Therapists collaborates with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to establish individualized programs that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. In addition to developing and monitoring these programs, our Senior Therapists also work closely with families to ensure that they are fully involved in the therapeutic process and have a clear understanding of the goals and objectives of the therapy.
